Started back in 2011 by a group of people who got tired of seeing companies blindsided by preventable disasters. We began with traditional insurance consulting, but we kept noticing the same pattern: clients needed more than policies. They needed someone to help them think through scenarios, build resilient processes, and actually prepare for what might go wrong. So we evolved. Now we're a full-service risk management firm that blends insurance expertise with strategic planning and operational resilience work.
